Impact Loan Information
Millennium impact loans are small semi-anonymous* pay advances issued as an alternative to high-interest debt, such as credit cards. They should be used for emergencies, paying down high-interest debt, or other life circumstances. There is no interest on these loans, and no credit check is required. Qualifications include:
Being employed full-time by a Millennium company for more than 60 days.
Being 18 years of age or older.
Not having a total outstanding balance of more than $2,000 under this program.
Having signed, understood, and agreed to the terms of the handbook of the company to which the employee belongs. Specifically, section 6.6- the right of offset.
The amount can range from $500-$2,000 and employees can have more than one loan out, provided they do not exceed a total of $2,000 at a time. Payments are automatically deducted from your paycheck each pay period and are scheduled to be repaid over 12 months. This program is designed to be used as a longer term and higher amount option to the employee paycheck advance program, that can be accessed through the employee VensureHR (Vfficient) marketplace portal, called "Zayzoon".
Once eligibility is confirmed and the application is complete, the employee's request will be considered approved, and the loan will be issued in the next pay period available.
* Only Millennium management will be made aware of any application and the details involved. Employee's co-workers and direct managers will not be aware or involved in the loan process. All communication regarding the Millennium Impact Loan Program will be directly between the Employee and Millennium management. *
1st Loan, Highly Suggested (Optional):
Complete the FREE Financial Literacy Course on Khan Academy. This comprehensive financial literacy/personal finance course can help you better understand your finances and budget your money! Applicants who take this course and provide proof (on their first loan only) will have 10% of their loan amount forgiven and will only be required to repay 90%!
Please email proof of completion to HR@millenniumbusinesses.com prior to your loan being 90% repaid.
